Non-Refundable Situations:
- Refunds are not provided for digital products that have been downloaded or accessed successfully.
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the content does not qualify for a refund.

2. Refunds & Returns for Physical Products (if applicable)
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted for physical products under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase and photos of the defect or damage are required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
3. Refund Process
For Digital Products:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
For Physical Products:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- If you prefer, we can issue a replacement instead of a refund.
Shipping Charges:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Cancellations
Digital Products:
- Cancellations are allowed only if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
Physical Products:
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
